I assisted the owners of three family style restaurants in overseeing the management of their head office. On a bi-annual basis I analyzed restaurant point of sale data using Excel. After determining profitability margins and past sales trends, I projected sales scenarios, and recommended changes to the product mix. In 2020, I independently researched, created, and implemented a new advertising system with the OptiSigns application. This system provided contactless advertisements, was remotely managed, allowed instant adjustments, and increased sales of targeted products, along with reducing future costs. I created and managed a database to respond to customer feedback and ensure consistent professional responses balancing the wishes of customers, employees, and the organization. My role also included overseeing the office calendar to monitor submission deadlines, ensure timely delivery of financial reports, and manage collaboration on shared projects.

In my role as an Asset Quality Officer at Sky Bank, I implemented a compliance framework to ensure the bank's loan portfolio met regulatory guidelines. Additionally, I served as point of contact for audits by government regulatory agencies. I played a key role in developing and implementing an Excel-based tracking system for goal-setting and bonus determination. I worked closely with the Commercial Lenders to review loan applications and monitor risk levels to maintain the quality of commercial loans.
