My role encompasses the governance of the Learning and Development (L&D), Talent Management (TM) and Performance Management (PM) system administration. I am responsible for the overall leadership of the functions to ensure effective service delivery and the meeting of Service Level Agreements. I am involved in developing an L&D, TM and PM strategy in accordance with Global Shared Services (GSS) principles and strategic intent. I am responsible for creating a successful L&D, TM and PM function and team for GSS that will ensure that employees are adequately skilled to deliver exceptional employee services. I further oversee the effective integration of processes within GSS to ensure efficient and effective execution thereof within the GSS scope of service offerings, focusing on building strong business relationships and adding value through optimal customer service, control and improved processing efficiency. I also play either a project management or -owner role in various L&D, TM and PM related projects and transitions.
