Sales and implementation of a shrinkage reducing CCTV–based solution for the Retail Sector. Main clients included SPAR, Pick n Pay, Friendly Grocer, 7 Eleven, Sasol, BP. This was a tailored solution that was specifically developed for the Retail stores, incorporating CCTV cameras with their Point-Of-Sale System. Till- and Scale integration meant that the footage could be compared to the actual till slip so that discrepancies could be addressed to prevent theft and shrinkage. Hearing impaired staff at our Reviewing Center was trained in forensic analysis to identify syndicates and assist in armed robbery events. Incidents were cut to disk and supplied to clients on a bi-weekly basis.
