I founded the company with one goal in mind:helping SME owners with their HR - organizational challenges so they could meet their goals! How? By providing them with the best HR managers on a temporary basis so their needs were met whenever, however. After 10 years, I decided it was time for something new and therefor I sold the company to PE. And today I am very happy to see that the mission is still alive and growing strong...

Als district/business development manager was ik verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en laten renderen van nieuwe interim-kantoren in de provincies Vlaams Brabant en Antwerpen. Op basis van een gevalideerd businessplan, ging ik op zoek naar een interessante regio, een pand, collega’s en de eerste klanten. Eenmaal het kantoor de targets haalde, volgde ik deze op en startte volledig opnieuw. (Asse, Mechelen & Antwerpen)Tijdens deze periode, nam ik 9 maanden ‘tijdskrediet’ om te reizen/wonen in Wellington, Nieuw-Zeeland. Een fantastisch avontuur met een werkervaring bij ANZ op de HR afdeling als bonus.
