The continuing digital revolution, technological innovations, global integration, new legislations, demand for (hyper) transparency, altering societal values, and more specifically the changing view on an organization's role in society have been increasing the importance of stakeholder management for both public and private organizations. The interrelationship of stakeholders and organizations is more than ever dynamic and the focus on new value creation - sustainable business models influences stakeholder configurations and thus how organizations develop their corporate communication strategy. In my research, I focus on how organizations keep up with shifting stakeholder configurations and which influence this has on corporate communication strategy.

In co-operation with different stakeholders (municipalities, refugees, governmental departments, and others) the platform will be launched Autumn/Winter 2016.

As team leader I was responsible for developing and improving the operational structure and procedures for the department. As a direct result, after six months the profitability increased by 30%, we obtained 75% of the challenging annual sales budget and the internal trust between my team and the client teams were re-established. I also worked closely with clients such as Statoil Fuel and Retail, Felleskjøpet, Snap drive, and others on their content marketing strategy. As my team consisted of 50% junior employees I spend a lot of time coaching and guiding them in their new positions.

Together with the creative team I secured an important client for Kitchen, Sparebank1. Those four years working with Norways second largest bank has given me deep insights in the banking sector in Norway. One of the projects I am especially proud of is the development of marketing and communication strategy to place SpareBank 1 as the biggest local and national sponsor within the banking sector. Other projects worth mentioning are the launch of Digipost (Posten) and the rebranding of Meny.

At DDB I was responsible for, amongst others, PepsiCo Nordic, where my main responsibility was to facilitate and develop brand strategies and tactical campaigns for Pepsi Max and Pepsi REG for the Nordic market. In addition to this, I acted as the marketing manager for the client for a period of four months. I also worked with the development of employer branding strategy for Rema 1000., including human relations and internal communication. Another significant project I worked on was the strategic planning for Mc Donald’s. My main responsibility as strategic advisor, was to govern the entire project, including analyses, and providing strategic recommendations to the client.

My main responsibilities included account management for international retail clients such as Novartis, Microsoft Benelux, Nokia Benelux, Sara Lee Groupe; as well as to determine and guide through the line marketing and communication projects.

AutoScout 24 was a start up company and as Marketing, PR and advertising responsible for the Benelux I reported directly to the MD and the European Marketing Director. I negotiated affiliate and partner- programs (portals, e-commerce partners, account management, etc.); was responsible for the telemarketing team (3 persons) and developed marketing and advertising campaigns for the Benelux market in co- operation with the advertising agency.
