Preparing release documentations for internal and external users.Gather and write system enhancements, changes or modifications as it’s relates to the Commercial Intellisys rating/policywriting system. Assisted accounting, collections, and claims on various problems and/or policy issues.Processed the rating, issuance, endorsements and cancellations for the commercial automobile, general liability and umbrella policies (including Massachusetts auto).Prepared file set-ups, NOC’s (notice of coverage), reviewed MVR’s, and processed ICC filings. Reviewed new submission with the underwriters, assist underwriters with internal/external request, and send out the quote letters and the BOR’s.Due to my extensive insurance and systems rating knowledge, was selected to participate in testing of a potential new rating system “Cover-All.”
