In the bakery pulling products for guests’ orders and stocking the bread wall and in the Dining Room building relationships with guests and bussing tables

The Resident Advisor (RA) is a paraprofessional staff member who lives in a residence hall and oversees a floor of 10 - 30 students; they assist, support, and develop living/learning communities through various programmatic initiatives. RAs provide administrative support for the department and the SUNY Oneonta community. They facilitate policies and procedures, floor meetings, conduct peer counseling, attend hall government meetings, and provide on-call duty coverage during the semester. RAs are required to plan programs, attend training workshops, in-service sessions, and weekly staff meetings.

Volunteered a total of 113.5 hours over a 5-week period, served as a translator, and motivated patients to engage in basic physical activities such as walking, leg and arm raises.

Volunteered a total of 104 hours over a 4-week period, assisted in cleaning equipment, assisted patients through their assigned program, retrieved, placed and adjusted heat/cold packs for patients.

- Summer Health Profession Education Program (SHPEP) at Columbia University - Learned Anatomy and Physiology and took weekly quizzes - Attended wellness sessions and seminars (medicine, dentistry, physical therapy)- Participate in virtual clinical simulations in regards to hospital patients, the APGAR AND PT patients- Participated in social group activities and got to know other scholars
