About Ester Mocci

As part of HR Digital Transformation team I am project manager of one of most important projects in Terna within the field of “new ways of working”, the project (Agile Solutions and processes) is composed by 15 different streams involving almost all structures of the Group. The current difficulties we are facing requires us to adopt new approach in our working activities based around new technologies; in this scenario I’m currently working in force of a new group called HR-Digital Transformation, the group is part of HR department and it is mainly composed by technical profiles with experience within the Group with the purpose to be a driver for the adoption of "New Ways of Working" through the digitization of business processes in order to pursue operational excellence.When I was part of CEO Office, I participate in several heterogeneous working groups on specific initiatives coordinating and developing ad hoc reporting for the CEO and Top Management.As member of Terna Innovation team I was involved in the evaluation regarding high-impact innovative initiatives through the development of pilot projects within the field of energy storage, renewable integration and energy efficiency. I worked on the set up and management of the Innovation Plan for the whole Terna Group, following the guidelines of Strategic Plan and promoting Research, Development and Innovation activities in the company. I was also responsible of the management of Open Innovation tools focused on strategic agreements and contracts with peers, large companies, start up and academy.
