Graduated from the University of Nottingham's BEng programme in Architectural Environmental Engineering in 2022. I've acquired how to use engineering software’s like IESVE, CFD and Revit to simulate a building's performance while I've been studying, as well as completing an AutoCAD fundamentals course. My final dissertation was based on a literature review on the impact of the coronavirus and the usage of Wi-Fi-derived technologies on occupant counts in urban open spaces. This study was conducted simply to gather data for future research on the usage of Wi-Fi derived technologies for occupancy counts in the built environment to help implement the proper HVAC control strategy and explore how this could render a building to be more energy efficient.Currently working as a Graduate Building Performance Engineer at Troup ByWaters + Anders LLP, performing thermal modelling analysis using IES to assess the performance of buildings using a whole life approach either at design stage or in operational use to optimise how buildings are performed to deliver benefits including costs, energy use and comfort. Also currently working towards achieving Low Carbon Energy Assessor certification to produce EPCs.
