Amber Karya support by SCA (stargazer cable assembly) as specialist wire harness assembler for machine makers.My Obligation :- Create and monitor production planning consider to 4-C11M (Machine, Methode, ManPower & Material)- Create PO, SO & MO using MRP system (U8 & Globe3) for production run- Confirm the order from customer based on our capacity loading compare with Customer Request Date (CRD) - Arrange for delivery, assembly, and distribution of supplies and parts in order to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.- Confer with establishment personnel, vendors, and customers to coordinate production and shipping activities, and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays- Monitoring Customer shipment date everyday and WIP movements.- Create Plan schedule (MPS) order in every week for production - Process and Analyse Sales order and prepare the production schedule- Monitor and Analyze material stock sufficiency on hand and consumption rate to run production smoothly- Coordinate and monitor closely with all section if there’s any modification or changeover in Material- Lead new project, conduct meeting with enginering team to build dummy sample and send to customer. - Once sample approved, conduct NPR (new product release) to Enginering, production, QA & Store to ensure production run smoothly- Set up line production for first running (tooling, material & man power)
