Third culture kid currently figuring out my next career steps after building climatetech startup Syrenna which aimed to sustainably utilize and take care of our ocean.I have a combination of experience in technology and business development, and a track record of leading innovative projects in a diverse and global environment. Previous consulting experience from several transformations. My consulting work included ESG, organizational re-designs, process improvement, risk and security analysis, strategy and digitalization projects. For a short stint I was a researcher at the University of Oslo within international terrorism before joining EY in 2018. I conducted research within international criminal law and terrorism, whilst also dabbling in investment and environmental law. I am a team-player with high energy level, strong leadership skills, and cultural sensitivity. Norwegian, but grew up in the US and Switzerland, therefore the American accent. I enjoy leading global teams with different backgrounds and expertise, in international markets.Multi-disciplinary educational background with international law and relations. I hold a Masters of Law (LLM) in International law from the University of Oslo, and a Master of Arts (MA) in International relations from the University of St. Andrews. In 2022 I pursued further education within sustainability at the University of Cambridge.I am passionate about protecting our planet, diversity and inclusion, learning and development.
