As a bridge-builder, educator, strategizer, and collaborator on matters of justice, equity and belonging, I've brought my expertise, gifts and passion to organizational spaces (mostly in higher education), inviting and moving people to engage in more just and inclusive practices, and co-construct systems, cultures and environments in which everyone has the conditions to thrive and work/learn. I lead authentically, while being tethered to pragmatic and evidence-based approaches to change, and mutual teaching and learning with those whom I work. Specifically, I've taught graduate and undergraduate courses in intergroup communication, higher education and student affairs, and leadership at Stanford University, Georgetown University, Loyola University Chicago, and Seattle University. I have also designed and facilitated over 100 workshops/programs/courses for students, staff and faculty; given talks/presentations at national conferences and panels; and helped lead people-centered organizational change efforts.
