My professional journey has been multifaceted, including roles as the former VP of Business Development at Tourism on a New Horizon and the former VP of Development and Customer Relations at Psagot Winery, where I honed my skills in leading teams, managing complex processes, and driving significant growth.In addition to these roles, I served as a teacher and a member of the management team at a six-year high school, where I was the Coordinator of Social and Community Education. In this role, I brought an innovative and creative perspective, connecting the community with the educational institution.I recently completed the Mandel Leadership Program, specializing in areas such as central-local government relations, public policy and governance, multi-sectoral and inter-sectoral collaboration, Israel's diverse society, the business sector's role in emergencies, and the relationship between Israel and Jewish communities worldwide. These studies have further enriched my understanding of leadership and social responsibility, allowing me to approach challenges with a comprehensive and informed perspective.My self-taught knowledge and ability to adapt quickly have allowed me, throughout my career, to consistently deliver results and exceed expectations.After a year of intensive leadership studies at Mandel and research across various fields related to social impact, I am now eager to find the right opportunity where I can lead and drive genuine, significant social impact.
