Kemin solutions are strengthening safety throughout various stages of the food chain, improving animal nutrition via enhanced ingredient utilization and developing new solutions focused on improving overall animal health.

The Team Leader is responsible for the planning, coaching and training of the Researchers so that they can find the perfect match between candidate and organization. Identifying the higher potential out there is the core business of the Research Team. Other responsibilities were finding new potential candidates to strengthen the team, handle all contacts with other direct search companies in Belgium and Europe, train new staff, etc. Next to the function as a Team Leader, also managing recruitment projects for our clients. Searching, approaching, screening candidates, handling the client contact and lead the project to a good end.
