I have spent 20 years working with a focus on digital product innovation. The master's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ and the degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from UFRJ are the pillars in the construction of this professional trajectory.My expertise lies in the strategic identification of opportunities in the technological innovation scenario, with a focus on evaluating the feasibility for implementing new products, programs and developing new businesses.Throughout my career, I stand out not only for delivering results that exceed organizational goals, but also for creating safe and trusting environments through the agile management of multidisciplinary teams, promoting the autonomy of professionals and facilitating alignment with KPIs of companies.
