As a professional working in the financial services arena, I am charged with client education and skills development. In that role, I am all about providing system solutions— ones that encompass the WHOLE of life for my individual and organizational clients. Typically professionals in the financial services arena focus attention on a tiny fragment of client life, a small part of only ONE of two personal financial roles- Money Manager & Investor. Here the emphasis gets placed on insurance, mortgage, bank and investment products offered by financial product manufacturing and sales organizations. And, in addition to simply ignoring many facets of personal finance where financial products cannot be sold- a typically overlooked issue within such a narrow focus is the construction of a complete legal plan to protect clients’ financial plans—one that addresses all of The Six Estate Planning Threats. And, as if partial attention given to the Money Manager & Investor role that is connected to Our Personal Financial Effectiveness System through the organization we live in is not enough of a concern- there is a second often-neglected client role when it comes to our personal financial and legal affairs. That role is Income Earner. Income Earner is the role we play that connects to Our Personal financial Effectiveness System through the organization we work in. And, both roles are equally important. So through group seminar/workshops and one-on-one sessions with accountants, consultants, trainers and planners in our firm, we provide proven strategies for increasing both individual and organizational effectiveness and financial effectiveness. And, unlike some piecemeal financial approaches that give emphasis to only some of the personal aspects of financial effectiveness, our approach gives equal emphasis to both the personal and interpersonal aspects of financial effectiveness.
