I am serving as Student Relations Intern in Ruangguru to complete my internship program. I am placed in Business Development department which focusing on some products, one of them is Ruangguru Digitalbootcamp (RGDB) which I am involved in. It is one of Ruangguru's products to enhance the quality of education and the students in Indonesia. My job description are creating academic contents like academic quizzes and non-academic contents such as fun facts, psychological quizzes, inspiring quotes and etc. Not only that, I have been helping the other supervisors in finishing their tasks such as interviewing and assessing the facilitator and the tutor, assessing the answer of the students who joined a scholarship in Ruangguru, updating the engagement rate of RGDB in Instagram for the Marketing department, answering the students' questions and ensuring the students have a group discussion, compiling the students' data, managing the contents from 4th grade until 12th grade for Ruang Belajar.

She was responsible for maintaining the outgoing process of international exchange program.

Ester was part of this marketing program. Her responsibility was promoting this university to her high school, collecting the data of her high schoolers, maintain the relationship with them and etc.
