get brit! is an organisation created to develop the knowledge and learning of languages with a presence in over 200 schools around Spain and 10 of them are in the Canary Islands spread over Gran Canaria and La Palma. My main tasks are the next ones: - Supervisor of Trinity College London exams. - Spanish teacher for foreigners. - Coordination of the 10 schools.- Management, organisation and openings of schools. - Management and assistance of students. - Coordination and selection of teachers. - Marketing services. - Social Media management.

Marketing and Communication Manager in an e-commerce agency.- Leading the Marketing department in order to achieve the goals of each project in the agency. From 8-10 projects in different fields such as fashion, footwear, health, organic beauty and cosmetics in a B2B way.- Content creation in order to improve SEO by creating content both in English and Spanish.- Collaborating with the team and the client to create the monthly marketing calendar.- Planning the e-commerce marketing calendar: creation and planning different marketing actions with the purpose of generating traffic and increase the conversion. - Elaboration and planning of influencer strategies: search, contact and negotiation for different projects such as fashion and organic beauty.- Managing of social profiles in different projects and scheduling the content both visual and written. Customer care service in order to give a fast answer to the questions suggested by the final client (B2C).- Creation and planning of Facebook ads campaigns: promotions and remarketing together with the creative team.- Budget control set up for each project and constant search of profitability.- Client management to keep the client’s platform by improving the content.- Follow-up and analysis of marketing campaigns.- Report creation about the results obtained in each marketing action.

International company dedicated to the sale of contact lenses online with presence in 15 European countries. During this period, I had the pleasure to develop great professional skills by managing the opening, development and boosting of the Spanish website. In order to accomplish all these facts, I performed the following functions: - Social media: leading the creation of campaigns for our 15 websites. Competent content creation both visual and written, analytics, Insights and KPI´s.- Marketing: Google Analytics, SEO, price comparison engines, sales partners, creation and translation of Newsletters and emails.- Communication: PR, bloggers, influencers and press releases. - Team Leading: project management, training and coaching new colleagues.- Customer service: customer, partner and order management. Logistics: online and on phone. Using Spanish, English and French on a daily basis.

During this period, I was given the task of being the Head of Customer Care for the three countries mentioned above and also I was the Assistant Manager of CC for all the countries we operate. BlueLink International CZ is an international customer care center which belongs to Air France. The main tasks I performed were the next ones:- Give information about lost or damaged luggages.- Contact the airports worldwide in order to ask for more information if necessary.- Customer service in two languages: Spanish and English.- Used programs: Amadeus, World Tracer, Fénix and Fidelio.

Tutoring to students of all ages. From 7-year-old children to adults. My main duties were the next:- Give support in English language through games, listenings, videos, essays, speaking and grammar to primary, secondary, pre-university, language school and PET (Preliminary English Test) students.
