Preparing in the morning, so once the stores open, we are ready for the day and any challenges that we would face. Knowing all stations that Dion's had to offer and performing them proficiently (these stations include salads, slices, subs, ovens, boxing, pies, drive-thru, and register). When I'm at a station making sure that everything in stock, food is being made in a timely matter, keeping the stations clean, and communicating with co-workers to achieve our goals for the day. Communication with coworkers was important, so that we can create quality food, over challenges that are presented, complete our goals in a timely matter, and create a fun and comfortable experience for the employees and customers. Also communicate and serve customers, so that they can have a friendly, comfortable, fast, and positive experience. Cleaning different parts of the store to create a comfortable clean environment which is suitable to work and make food in. Some of the objects that need to be cleaned would be (the kitchens, food stations, prep area, dishes, trash, refrigerators, register area, bathrooms, and dining rooms)

This includes having the responsibility to pass on these skills and knowledge to the staff tohelp them gain experiences and knowledge that will help them be successful during the summer and the future. Coordinate with the staff so that they can communicate efficiently to achieve our goals and overcome different challenges. Creating an environment where both the staff and the campers feel safe, comfortable, and friendly. Have the campers, which includes the ages from six (6) to twelve (12) year old, be involved in activities that are fun, educational, and safe. These activities areachieved by creating schedules, performing first aid, if necessary, making sure that rules are followed, keeping accurate incident reports, setting up and maintainingequipment, and leading these activities while also resolving conflicts that can come between a camper or between multiple campers. Some of these conflicts might include sickness, injuries, a dispute between campers, not following the rules, and overseeing the staff. Providing parents or guardians with information on the summer and activities that are planned. Also providing information if the campers where injured, not following the rules, conflicts, or any other incidents.
