Esther Adeshina is a visionary leader and Registered Nurse working at the intersection of community development, corporate leadership and communications. Her devotion to community development through building quality minds and creating enabling environments for the youth to thrive is deeply rooted in the belief that personal development promotes community transformation.This has informed her involvements in providing and promoting quality education beyond the class walls to bring about a paradigm shift in the minds of young individuals. She has organised effective and high value-packed programmes like TEDxLAUTECH, The Arising Conference and holds key roles in several other projects and organisations working towards youth development. Esther is the lead facilitator at My Growth Process, a personal development and leadership community aimed at equipping young Africans with relevant, relatable and integrable structures to live out their full potentials and drive sustainable impact in their communities.Esther currently serves as the Programs Director at Growth Advantage, Africa where she designs and coordinates the implementation of programs aimed at promoting decent work opportunities for young African talents, bridging the digital skills gap and driving innovation and socioeconomic advancement across Africa.She strongly believes that everyone has a part to play in building the societies we need, and world we desire, and is committed to equipping young minds in this regard.
