As a student representative and researcher, I Interviewed new students to learn about their goals, knowledge, and decision-making in order to gain a deeper understanding of retention—why students stay in school or decide to leave. Informed the students about the resources on campus as well as explained the benefits of engaging on campus.I served as a student representative for the Eastern campus as well as a liaison to Tri-C The Research Team was directed by Dr. Micheal Schoop, the former President of Metropolitan Campus at Cuyahoga Community College who later became the President of District Office at Cuyahoga Community College.

Tri-C Pharmacy Lab

Provided help to pharmacy technician students with Pharmacy calculations. Corrected their mistakes (wrong techniques) while making IV bags for patient, chemo drug, TPN, and drips. Made sure the lab is clean and ready for the next use. I also made sure that the equipment(s) are ready and enough for the students to make more preps.

Assisted new students with registration for their classes, gave them a tour around the campus and as well as provided them with more information about the opportunities that awaits them as a new college student.Also served as a student ambassador to the Counselling department.
