My main function is to prepare analysis as requested by leadership and co-workers. I prepare these using UKG BI, Deltek Vision, and Excel. Other duties include some benefits management including but limited to monitoring and work closely with 401k plan management, preparing self billed insurance payments, updates and monitoring in conjunction with our benefit vendors. I am a lead in updating UKG for mass changes, system changes, and trouble shooting errors within the system. I work closely with payroll as a backup and reviewer.

Started as Staff Accountant with FRCH Design Worldwide. Later became Senior Accountant and worked as Accounting Manager for several years before returning to Senior Accountant role due to family obligations. FRCH was bought by Nelson in 2018.Duties and responsibilities have included but not been limited to monthly general ledger review, journal entries, financial statement preparation, budgeting and monthly variance analysis, reviewing and recording project revenue, processing payroll, 401k submittals and reconciliations, supervising billing and AP groups, group training, and ad-hoc reporting.Program knowledge and experienced user in UKG, Paycor, ADP, Deltek Vision, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Adobe.
