Produced designs for luxury hotels, residential apartments and condominium domestically and internationally. Involved from concept design, design development, construction documentation to construction administration phase of these projects. Key projects include:• Four Seasons in Jakarta, Indonesia - 124 rooms• Ritz Carlton in Suzhou, China - design competition• Luxury Apartment, Washington, D.C. - 130 units• Luxury condominium, New York, NY - 84 units

Provided environmentally sustainable design solutions for condo and offices. Responsibilities included furniture and work station test fitting for 3000 employees and material & finishes selections. Key projects include:• Boeing North Tower in Everett, WA – 650,000 SF new construction office building for 3000 employees (target LEED Silver)• Stadium Place West Block in Seattle, WA – 915,000 SF new construction mix-used twin towers with 400 residential units (targets LEED Gold)

Designed for high-end residential new construction and full house renovation projects in Florida and Bahama. Responsible for schematic design, material & finishes selections and construction documentation.

Helped to developed custom walk-in closet and produced construction drawings and specification package for a master bedroom expansion residence project in Upper East Side, New York, NY with a construction budget over $750,000.
