Work on projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ICF team's ability to work, answer other student consultants' administrative and A/V tech-related questions, in addition to performing student consultant duties at a high level of expertise

Efficiently and effectively help instructors at UC Berkeley troubleshoot technical issues in classroom A/V equipment, such as issues involving projectors, microphone, speakers, video cameras, etc. Involves: -quick diagnosing and problem solving skills-solid grasp on the basics of A/V technology and troubleshooting procedures-customer service--to concisely explain issues, causes, and potential preventative measures to instructors

Worked with a team of student workers to ensure food prepared by the cooks is timely restocked and dining areas are tidied and sanitized frequently. Supported diners in meeting their dietary restrictions.
