My role as Executive Director involved overseeing various organizational goals, representing the team during a range of events and linking them with external stakeholders. I was actively participating in the organisation's communications department and some duties entailed managing social media presence, content creation, cultivating online relationships through online Public Relations, organizing and marketing the organisation's events online.

I worked in the technical Department mainly in lighting, sound, the mixer and camera work during the different shows including prime news.
