I am a Quantity Surveyor with a honours degree in Project & Facilities Management from National University of Singapore. I have worked in both consultant and contractor firms and have a good knowledge of how the whole construction industry works. My projects range from large scale mixed developments to residential apartments, residential townhouses, commercial buildings, and retail fitting out works.My skill sets include Cost Estimation, Cost Planning, Measurement, Contract Management, Value Engineering, Risk Management and Project Scheduling. In addition, I have experience using most of the major construction softwares such as CostX, Buildsoft, Microsoft Office, BIM, AutoCAD, CadMeasure, and Microsoft Projects.
