Esther Mark is a multiple award-winning Development Journalist and Editor, Copywriter, Content writer, Opportunities Curator and Personal Development Educator with over 9 years of experience in development journalism in areas of education, health, and women and children. She is the Senior Editor at Scholars Hub Africa— a global opportunities portal for African students/entrepreneurs/Professionals where she connects them to free opportunities online to further their personal development cause.Esther is the Executive Director of Star Education and Leadership Initiative (SELI), a venture that connects young people to credible information through personal development, leadership and educational services within and outside schools for transformational knowledge to help them make credible decisions in life. She empowers children, teenagers and university undergrads through her transformative projects at SELI and has reached over 4000 young people since its inception.Esther is committed to shaping a world where young people have unlimited access to quality education and opportunities. She believes young people can make credible decisions regarding their lives if they are availed of the right information early. This helps them maximise their potentials and develop decision-making skills. This forms the premise of her work.Esther holds a certificate in Civic Leadership from Indiana University, Bloomington, USA. A Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Jos, Nigeria and is committed to contributing to Africa's development through media for development and social change.
