Assist and support the Finance and IT Compliance group with Audit Controls of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual audits and ad hoc internal controls of the company. Responsible for review of Baan, InforLN and Dynamics 2012 semi-annual user access reviews, which includes tracking and communication with supervisors to ensure appropriate access is verified and impact assessments are accurate, complete. Manage and communicate required audit control information to end users. Analyze Daily Audit Reports for Baan Super Users and ensure evidence is accurate, supported and stored for each transaction. Responsible for uploading required controls to EZ-Compliance and Sharepoint by set deadline dates. Responsible for routing, requesting and collecting screenshots from business groups that are in scope to ensure that change control reviews are up to date and accurate. Maintain record of and provide documentation for required annual change sample audits. Monitor on going change management system changes submitted to the Change Control Board and assist with conducting daily CAB reviews. Track and review systems changes processed through Workfront to verify all SOX requirements are present prior to implementation of a change. Track and review on going system changes processed through Service Now prior to CAB meetings to verify SOX requirements have been met. Monitor change management dashboard and communicate with change requestors when compliance items are missing, change requests are stuck in assess state or required closures need to be finished. Work with project owners to help prepare change requests Provide one on one training on demands, enhancements, defects, projects and changes in Service Now. Assist with updating required change management policies, Daily Audit procedures and create training material and job aides for end users involved in system changes. Utilize in person, teams or emails to communicate with end users locally and globally.
