To improve the livelihoods of rural smallholder farmers and micro entrepreneurs by providing wealth creating financial solutions, my contributions were;• Implementing the Business Development strategy and plans for the assigned portfolio and targets while ensuring adherence to policies and processes for delivery of targets.• Managing risks to achieve a quality portfolio in line with set targets through client training, loan appraisals, portfolio management, loan payment and follow up.• Carrying out a market analysis for the assigned area to identify potential customers.• Ensuring service delivery through group customer visits, turn around, customer feedback, loan progress and repayment plans for sustained relationship and customer satisfaction.• Preparing daily group status reports and sharing with the branch team for branch health and sustainability.

To provide financial access and technical assistance services to clients for sustainable wealth creation, my contributions included;• Outreach and Promotion.• Loan appraisal and recovery.• Confirming accuracy of loan repayment schedules, deposits slips and other documents.• Addressing queries both at group level and office.• Offering quality customer care service.

I offered efficient savings and credit services to the Sacco members in the following areas;• Customer Care.• Credit services.• Control and compliance.• Accounting.• Sales and Marketing.

Key Contributions & Achievements: • Completed hotel reports including budget projection and financial statements.• Maintained and prepared hotel payroll including summary registers and reports.• Tracked cash receipts and petty cash expenditures and prepared daily cash deposits.• Reviewed and posted invoices and processed cheques.• Reconciled monthly management fees and hotel billings.• Coordinated with the manager on special projects.
