This is an online brand I have personally built for about 4 years now at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic. As the manager of sales, I diligently: 🎯 Create content (videos and captions) showcasing available fashion items with necessary details for the view and engagement of the public. 🎯 Handle all customers' orders from the point of enquiry till the products get to the customers via arranged logistics.🎯 manage the business account for proper financial recording and Expense tracking.🎯 Handle customers' complaints and reservations, proferring solutions to them and creating a great first impression. Majority of the customers in my customer base in about two years now are via referrals from satisfied Clients.
