Born and bred in Kuala Lumpur in a family of entrepreneurs and businessmen, Ms. Ong has displayed her outstanding ability in academics and extra-curricular activities during her university time. She worked as a legal assistant in Messrs. Jerald Gomez & Associates, a firm which is well known for civil & criminal litigation work. After 2 years, Ms. Ong moved on to Messrs. She worked as a legal assistant in Messrs. Jerald Gomez & Associates, a firm which is well known for civil & criminal litigation work. After 2 years, Ms. Ong moved on to Messrs. Lee Boon Peng & Co. and was exposed to conveyancing , corporate, civil and banking documentation restructuring work. From 1992 to 1993 she also involved herself actively in community care and social advocacy in non-governmental organizations (NGO), working as a volunteer in Malaysian Care. In 1995, she was involved in the organization of a Child Protection Conference held in Kuala Lumpur. Therefore with her well-balanced and extensive exposure in conveyancing, corporate and litigation areas, she started to embark on a new journey of professional excellence by establishing ETS™ in 1999. Throughout her professional career, Ms. Ong serves as an international speaker as well. She has been invited to speak internationally including places like SMART International Property Expo 2005 Singapore and SMART International Property Expo 2006 Hong Kong. Besides, she is the founder of the NGO-Wholistic Family Association (WFA) which serves to EDUCATE, EQUIP, EMPOWER, ELEVATE & ENGAGE (5 E’s) in all aspects encompassing mental, emotional, social, physical and spiritual well-being. In the past, she took initiative to lead WFA in few events like CUBIIIT program in training them to be Contributors under mentorship to bless, inspire, influence, impact and transform communities.
