I’m an organizational change agent with more than a decade of clean energy and electrification experience. Throughout my career I’ve helped various companies navigate through different phases from startup, growth, cultural change initiatives, and digital transformation. I co-founded Gradient Xergy, an energy consulting firm to promote energy efficiency and electrification, improving stakeholder engagement to build a cleaner infrastructure. As a Managing Member I work with our senior team to develop and implement the overall vision, direction, and execution of the company, as well as the development and implementation of strategic client facing initiatives.I’ve had a diverse career in various industries including fleet/transportation electrification, human resources, and hospitality management. I'm passionate about building resilience through transportation equity and a cleaner grid. I’m interested in project management and change management consulting.
