- Perform wellness checks on residents and communicate available resources as needed- Enforce policies and rules to ensure the safety and well-being of residents- Facilitate community among residents via events, encouraging bonding, and communicating important information

- Discuss, create, and implement a research project focused on studying the visual fields of frogs and toads to understand mating behavior and interactions with prey- Quantify data for lab projects being conducted by graduate students in the Bernal Lab - Organize outreach events to educate others about our work and the critical conditions of frog populations

- Work with a team to conduct research at various sites each evening- Coordinate research sites and organize and manage large quantities of data- Manage two research sites each night and ensure research was running smoothly

- Communicate important information and steward each individual donor of PUDM- Revamp and solidify the various levels of donors and implement incentives to reach each level- Steward and build relationships with PUDM alumni to engage and grow the alumni organization- Recognize and thank external organizations that contribute to the PUDM cause- Provide leadership, coaching, and project guidance to four chairs- Ensure relationships with everyone who touches PUDM are maintained and stewarded appropriately- Create content and gather information for a monthly PUDM newsletter - Develop a document regarding the history of the Purdue University Dance Marathon in collaboration with chair peers- Host monthly events with the families and build relationships with the amazing children in the organization- Integrate families into the Dance Marathon and made sure they were having a wonderful experience during the marathonPrevious Positions: PUDM 2018 Alumni Stewardship Chair, PUDM 2017 Riley Relations Committee Member, PUDM 2016 New Member Committee
