Supervise, manage & coach Inside Sales team members.Sales integration gave me one of the most challenging opportunities: Train & coach new team members to guarantee smooth transition to new world, processes & procedures ensuring low impact on the team, productivity, and most important: customers. For that I was travelling thru the different offices within Spain delivering On the job training to different sales people & audiences.Moreover this experience gave me the opportunity to lead the training & coaching for sales integration in Portugal, for Inside Sales team based in Porto. Preparing the sessions before, being in touch with L&D teams and local supervisor, and adapting the training material as much as possible to local language made this a successful, efficient & effective action. I will be on an ongoing support & follow up in the incoming months.Prepare sales reports, presentations and action plans delivering them to the different audiences within the company.For Sales Team, I am usually the UAT for new processes, procedures, systems & applications. Once I receive the "Train the trainer" workshops, I prepare & adapt all the information for the team and deliver local workshops, ensuring that all team understood the new process & the benefits, and be the SPOC for any question or doubt that could arise in the next days.For leadership audiences, I was invited to deliver 2 sessions of Transition Champion workshop. My audience was the OPS Managers in Madrid & Barcelona. I was rewarded with a BZ award for this collaboration.Analise, monitor and prepare team's performance/result reports. Follow up and control individual performance and act upon improvement plans, targets and goals.Foster and enhance network relationships with other groups/departments internally and externally, and ensure an outstanding attitude delivered amongst all team members being a role model within the team. There is no other way to get your customers, colleagues & leaders respect.
