Sales Representative
Current-Engage the customer to determine their specific needs and preferences while making personalized recommendations from ScrubHaven's vast selection of scrubs, lab coats, and footwear.-Draw upon extensive product knowledge concerning fabric type, sizing, and care instructions to support customers by comparing items side by side.-Process sales transactions in a proficient manner, including the processing of payments, returns, and exchanges with seamless checkout.-Upsell and cross-sell relevant complementary products, such as accessories and footwear, to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales.-Provide professional service to customers via in-store service, phone, and email to resolve all customer inquiries in a timely manner, with a focus on the highest possible level of service.-Participate in visual merchandising and stocking processes, ensuring that products are presented attractively and that promotions are well-communicated.-Help keep adequate inventory levels by locating stock items that are low and develop inventory to fill customer requests.-Contribute to teamwork within the sales team and interact with management to focus on sales objectives to maximize store results.
