In this short-term term position, I reviewed of one of Gloucestershire Libraries’ services, engaging with stakeholders, analysing data and making recommendations to SLT for future steps. Alongside this, I worked with the frontline staff and identified how the service could be streamlined, generating additional income and creating a new automated system to improve the team’s workflow.

Outreach: Promoting the library's services both within the library and its digital offering by designing and running sessions for users and non users, and creating resources. Organising pop-up library events.Teaching Information skills: Leading information literacy sessions for students, with a focus on AI.Creating a suite of teaching resources for Poetry Day.Assisting staff and students in finding and evaluating information resources, both 1:1 and in a group setting.Pastoral role: running clubs and societies, supervising a team of student librarians. Ensuring safeguarding policy is upheld and reinforced.
