IXA is the knowledge transfer office that supports Amsterdam researchers convert their invention, idea or research finding into a viable, practical application. IXA is the alliance formed by the Amsterdam Technology Transfer Offices of AMC, HvA, UvA, VU & VUmc. By facilitating the interaction between academic researchers and external parties, IXA drives the transition of scientific discoveries and results into innovations and insights that benefit society in a multitude of ways. A process called valorisation.IXA assists researchers with collaborating and negotiations with companies and organisations, drafting agreements and patent applications, protecting IP, developing business proposals, market research, research grants and Consortium Agreements. All over: identifying the best valorisation strategy for idea's, inventions, technologies coming from Amsterdam researchers.

In addition, I perform the role as project leader for new products to accelerate timely product launch. Main tasks and responsibilities:- Preparation of clinical studies in collaboration with CRO’s and investigators;- Building relationships with consultants, principal clinical investigators and collaborators;- Design and management of project planning and timelines using MS project;- Serve as a main contact point for medical-scientific advice for the internal organisation;- Manage project budget for clinical research strategy;
