Over the past 25 years I have been working for international profit and non-profit organisations as programme manager and coordinator of several projects. I am an approachable, pro-active and committed person. I like to have things organised beforehand and if unexpected things do happen then I can easily find a solution. In 2017 I also started teaching and it allows me to pass on my knowledge to the next generation. I enjoy seeing all my students grow and if possible exceed themselves. It is important for me that everyone feels included in class. My coaching style is solution-focussed, talent oriented and focusses in personal and professional development. I believe in lifelong learning and I am not afraid to reflect on my own behaviour in order to strive for continuous growth. Obtained degrees: Bachelor degree in Communication + Master degree in Human and Organisational Behavior/ Begeleidingskunde.
