My busy role sees me continuously juggling OSA accounts and the Temp Desk payroll administration, through daily contact with clients and candidates, to ensure that all temps are paid on time. With a background in administration, I previously assisted the OSA team as a recruitment administrator, managing reception and general administration, before taking on the payroll responsibility in 2010.I am also part of The Next Step team and enjoy going into the schools to assist students in CV writing, interview skills and speaking about recruitment as a business.
