Esther specializes in commercial business transactions, general corporate and business representation, venture capital financing and mergers & acquisitions. She provides representation in a wide range of industries, including technology, software, telecommunications, e-commerce, consumer products and services, medical devices, biotech, and health and wellness. Prior to joining Breakwater Law Group, Esther worked as in-house counsel at various start-ups and mature software and technology companies including, GreatCall, Disney Interactive, Helio and Ticketmaster. Esther started her legal career with Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles, where she focused on venture capital financing, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Esther graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she externed for the Honorable John T. Noonan Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and she graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine. She is a member of the California State Bar.
