I have almost 20 years of experience in this sector. I have specialised in chocolate, my great passion, since 2004. I can work with subordinates under my orders and I show an orderly, clean, respectful and disciplined behaviour at my job.Experience with caterings and luxury buffets have taught me valuable lessons and they have helped me to improve the aesthetics of my creations.I have travelled a lot and I have working experience in several countries, therefore I know a wide diversity of pastry and influences which I can work with and produce without problems.I can create sugar and chocolate art and I have provable experience in pastry, bakery and chocolate. I am able to work with gluten-free and allergen-free pastry, as well as pastry for people affected by diabetes.The years of experience in this sector have provided me with the skill of solving unforeseen problems that can arise in a working situation and fully improvise a creation at any given moment. In 2015 I decided to become self-employed at the time compatible with my professional activity.
