In 2015 I decided to become self-employed at the time compatible with my professional activity. I decided to leverage my online presence and brand, Chocolatisimo.com, to start my own small business as sole-trader and have been self-employed until nowadays.At the end of 2019, I created an online pastry school that today has more than 3,500 students.I am very passionate about my work, greatly motivated each and every day, energetic and able to create new daily desserts and menus.I work well under pressure and I can manage a stressful environment.
