I am an executive manager and board member in the Digital Infrastructure sector, especially in the telecommunications and technology sector. I have lived through the exponential technological transformation and how it has affected our lives, managing projects that created new business models such us online channel creation, IoT, FTTH, submarine cables... I believe that Digital Infrastructure is a critical and essential enabler to transform and improve the society we live in. I am passionate about it because there is always something new to learn and it is a constantly evolving sector. Participant in Management by Out (MBO) of Fujitsu and sale to NTT.b) turn-around Amper: Managing Director EMEA cash recovery in the first year avoiding bankruptcy. Merged 7 companies and achieved operating profit. Definition of Strategic Plan.c) Ricoh large account business transformation. Business development management of 1000 largest accounts in Spain. +25% growth in new business, 20% annual growth in results. New transformation structure from a product to a service company.d) Sale process of EQT Partners to Fiera Infrastructure and international expansion. CEO at Islalink for 5 years. +25% annual business growth in Cash EBITDA. New Strategic Plan that includes the development and investment of new international projects such as Ionian, +4000 km of telco infra in Greece-Italy that will double the size of the company in the next 3-5 years. Creation of risk maps and sustainability model and KPI’s.I have found that having the long-term vision and putting it into action is something that is required in today's world and especially in our sector, which is highly competitive and in continuous technological transformation. My close and cohesive leadership style helps to achieve objectives.
