I am a seasoned certified Executive Coach and facilitator of Leadership Development and DE&I programs. I work with international leaders, often Women Leaders, who operate in a complex, multi-cultural and global environment by supporting their professional and personal growth. I help my clients better navigate complexity and strengthen their resilience during times of uncertainty. I facilitate behavior change towards their desired leadership style to achieve greater effectiveness, higher level of self-awareness and lower stress levels, while fostering Inclusive Leadership behaviors. I quickly create a safe space, my coaching and facilitation style is empathetic and warm, yet challenging, authentic and taking charge. I am committed to support and encourage my clients on their path of discovery, awareness and choice. Most of all, I want my clients to shine, and to step fully into their potential, whatever that may be. I have coached and facilitated both in the private and the public sector, and I work in English, German, Spanish, and occasionally in French. I am building on my 20 years as a Global Marketing professional within several Fortune 100 companies: I am an experienced leader of multi-functional and multi-cultural teams in Europe and the USA, and have worked in complex matrix structures of multinational corporations. I understand the complexity of working in a diverse environment, the challenges that organizational change can impose and the leadership competencies required to thrive in global organizations. For many years I served in several leadership positions within the International Coaching Federation in Switzerland, and from 2018 to 2019 as their president.
