About Esther Bautis

In May of 2019, I graduated with my doctoral of physical therapy degree from Columbia University. I am currently developing a program for endurance athletes looking for optimal performance while reducing their knee and back pain. Living life in the moment and to its fullest is what life is about. Don't die with your music still in you!! I have had several careers in my lifetime that at a glance seem vastly different, but have a common theme. My mission has always been to help people, give them hope and guide them in living the fullest life they can attain. I began teaching fitness classes when I was 17 years old, expanding into yoga, Pilates, and dance as time went on. I also performed, primarily dance and acting. I owned and ran Wiggle Yogi, bringing children's yoga into preschools and daycares across Orange County California. I always knew that people would benefit from my knowledge of movement, healing, and the skills I've learned in regards to emotional and mental healing. In 2011 I self-published a memoir entitled Breaking The Chains To Freedom. The book focused on my own experiences with loss and grief, with the intention of guiding others on their path to recovery. After publishing the book I received a certification as a life coach through Robbin Manades Training, with Cloe Manades and Tony Robbins. Using my experiences as a movement teacher and life coach, I developed and led programs that focused on helping people connect with themselves and each other in intimate and profound ways. Throughout all those years I always knew I wanted to further my education as a physical therapist and deepen my path to healing people. Encompassing my deep passion for movement, health and spirituality I aim to bring my future patients to a place where they can thrive, no matter their condition.
