• Helped secure 14 foundation and city grants in 10 months to support over 2,500 Chicago students through free writing programs• Built a data-driven culture by developing a structure for survey management, presenting analysis reports to staff and Board, and devising a data tracker monitoring engagement of 826CHI students and schools that was rolled out to 100% of programs• Optimized donor management on Salesforce by creating manuals and training staff with appreciation for clean, dependable data• Delivered strategic planning support by writing an internal data and evaluation plan to reflect, respond, and inform programs in alignment with strategic plan goals• Led creation and distribution of 2 Annual Reports for whole organization, coordinating with interns, designers, staff, and Board

• Created and taught a university pathways program for over 200 students at international high school ranked 4th in all of China – with a focus on leadership development, building knowledge of US history/culture, and advising for college admissions – reporting directly to the CEO and School Principal• Personally mentored 18 students for two years with 100% receiving acceptances to Top 100 U.S. universities and 20% of admitted clients receiving partial to full merit scholarships• Spearheaded social media marketing on Chinese platforms by writing 16 "webisodes" on U.S. college admissions• Assisted in updating a client process management system to improve training of new mentors across Admissionado’s offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and 30+ cities.

• Wrote content for internal and external communications on topics like integrating smart and equitable tech-use in the classroom• Conducted 4 Teacher of the Month interviews leading to sharing of best practices and launch of teacher ambassador program• Recruited and engaged 18 school districts across Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City to partner with BirdBrain Science by identifying key stakeholders and by building strong relationships through shared goals and outcomes

• Taught English to Korean students (ages 10-16) with 80 percent (average benchmark is 65%) of students in fundamental classes advancing to next level the following semester• Selected as Senior Teacher for placing in top 5% in overall quality and performance throughout the company for 3 consecutive terms; trained and mentored 6 new instructors• Created blended learning curriculum proposals and trained 15+ instructors in program implementation• Published assessment tools, workbooks, and teachers’ guides; edited materials for readability and functionality, balancing organizational style guides, age appropriateness and fun, effective curriculum design

• Led a class of 90 elementary and middle school students where 85% of my iBT students achieved 105+/120 on the iBT TOEFL, exam which was 5% above the school-wide goal of 80%

• Personally raised over $10K in campaign contributions for the 2010 gubernatorial and state legislature election cycle through canvassing and phone banking and led more than 25 teams encouraging hundreds of Georgians to vote in local elections• Trained a 5-person team and led fundraising efforts that contributed to 24% of sustaining funds for the party in 2010

• Aided in daily administrative tasks and managed class materials for the entire Art History Department• Acted as liaison for department’s graduate school candidates and admissions committee to ensure quality application support

• Conducted home visits to meet immediate needs of refugee families and provided translation in Spanish • Researched local businesses and schools to assist with the provision of financial assistance and life skills education• Organized archives of 300+ refugees that improved case management system
