Hello, I'm Esther, I have devoted 9 years to the healthcare industry, driven by a profound passion for healthcare and clinical research. My journey began as a researcher, where I worked extensively with pediatric tumors, cultivating in vitro tumor cells and transplanting them into mice for chemotherapy and various studies. This involved a range of molecular works and culminated in the publication of several research papers. During this time, I wore multiple hats as part of the pioneer batch that established our laboratory and office for the new projects. I was also elected to attend a hands-on attachment at the Hudson lnstitute of Medical Research, Melbourne Australia in 2018, in conjunction with the annual Hudson Childhood Cancer Research Symposium.Together with the team, we have published 3 high impact clinical research papers on the projects that we have worked on. And because of my passion and hard work, I was also featured in the faces of healthcare with me quoting the following "While we are able to speak of tomorrow and plan for the future, children suffering from cancer might not have the same luxury as us. I believe cancer research will give these children hope and new breath of life to live their dreams.".Eventually, transitioning into the dynamic realm of healthcare startups was a natural progression for me, as it allowed me to continually challenge myself overseas and locally reaching greater heights.Presently, I serve as a proctor for junior doctors in their fundamental laparoscopic surgery, and organize various surgical trainings for surgeons, all while recognizing a deeper calling within me. I've discovered a passion for empowering, inspiring, and motivating others, with a specific focus on mental positivity's integral role in overall health.Understanding the significance of empowerment in individuals' lives, I strive to create a nurturing environment where people can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and cultivate inner peace. I bring a unique approach by blending this understanding with insights from various resources, delving into the complexities of our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Through integration, transformation, reframing, and rewiring of the mind, my aim is to help individuals break free from self-limiting beliefs and embark on unconventional paths toward a more fulfilling life.I am a master student in Nanyang Technological University and upcoming 2025 non-profit organization, Junior Chamber International Marina (JCI) president.
