In her 18 years of professional experience in the arts, cultural and retail real estate sector, Esther has driven first-to-market strategic development projects spanning across marketing, digital, design, product development, technology and innovation, with proven success and resilience in key markets such as China, Singapore and Australia. She is recognised for her unique ability to creatively conceptualise, plan and execute end-to-end projects with multi-disciplinary teams in complex matrix ecosystems. Esther enjoys identifying business gaps and resolving problems in environments of ambiguity, and bridging between business and technical audiences to reach common ground. She has also led transformation projects and built startup teams in the retail, arts and cultural sector, primarily in the domain of phygital transformation; re-branding and re-positioning green/brown-field investment projects for mixed-use retail. Esther's track record is managing and delivering high-impact projects, translating critical business needs into go-to-market strategies; collaborating with multi-level stakeholders and implementing action plans for operationalization. She enjoys working with partners and peers who have a commitment to excellence and embrace change positively.A diverse thinker and thought leader, Esther is also the recipient of the Vice Chancellor Award for her practice field research in sustainable fashion and member of the Singapore Fashion Council. She has also been on the jury panel for Singapore Good Design (SG Mark), ICSC APAC Marketing Awards and FUTR (Millennial 20/20) to share her learnings and experiences. Esther seeks meaning in the intersection of design, tech and sustainability as she firmly believes that continuous innovation and learning empowers people.
