Working in both a pre and post sales capacity I identify and define specific consultancy needs (which includes training, technical assistance and project management/guidance/mentoring), plan the delivery of those engagements and follow many projects through from initiation to delivery of final product/agreed deliverable.At the strategic level this specifically this entailed; detailing and understanding strategic drivers and business drivers and processes for technology/pedagogic change. Developing strategic plans for e-learning, implementation plans including detailed workstream plans, detailed project plans with timelines and milestones, success measures, and mitigation strategies. At the functional/user level this is more often focused upon the identification and development of staff development and training plans for end users and support staff. With many organisations I work alongside subject matter experts to identify opportunities for conversion of existing curricula for online delivery, develop online training materials for Blackboard certified training offerings and provided ongoing project mentoring and support for project success.
