Working as a long-term consultant at the Pacific Financial Inclusion Programme, providing high quality technical support to the PFIP team as it proceeds with a focused strategy on driving customer adoption of financial services, particularly digital financial services, through supporting providers to develop compelling customer value through product and service innovation. In addition to creating and refining tools and reports to enable more granular measurement instruments for customer adoption and business case analysis, I am also facilitating the review and implementation of a key piece of consumer protection legislation in Fiji.

The Pacific Financial Inclusion Programme is a joint regional program by United Nations Capital Development Fund and United Nations Development Programme, with the mission of lifting low income households in the Pacific out of poverty through improving access to financial services. My activities included:• Consumer protection regulatory reform: Supporting development and implementation of legislative reform for consumer financial services in Fiji in line with global best practice• Results Measurement: Collecting, analysing and evaluating partner data in easily understood formats through graphical dashboards and donor reports• Communications support: Content creation and editing of reports, project appraisals, press releases, case studies and content for the revamped PFIP website.• Project Appraisal Design: Supporting development of financial and feasibility cases for project appraisals
