I have recently transitioned out of the pet care industry from my role as a Business Development Manager & Pet Care Receptionist, and am enthusiastic about returning to the hotel industry. I am excited to announce that as of April 2022, I am returning to Hilton Hotels as an Executive Assistant & Sales Coordinator! I look forward to growing again & being able to provide my skills & experience in hospitality to Hilton Hotels!I’ve successfully graduated with Honors from the Hotel Operations Management program at Centennial College's School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts, in which I achieved an excellent GPA while successfully balancing 2-3 jobs. I also have earned many years of experience in customer service, both in the food industry, as well as the animal care/pet hotel industry. I love meeting people, getting to know them, and being able to play a part in making their day brighter, and easier!I have been fortunate enough to been recognized at McDonald's for my dedication at work and customer service skills, and have received several amazing opportunities to showcase my passion for hospitality, including being selected for the biennial 2018 Owner-Operator Worldwide Convention in Orlando, where we had over 16,000 guests from over 95 countries! I am also the proud recipient of 3 academic scholarships which I have received while excelling in my learning experience at Centennial College.
